DARJEELING

Known to connoisseurs as “The Champagne of Teas”, our Darjeeling comes from the Somerset Estate lying in the misty Dimbula Valley in the heart of Sri Lanka’s famous tea producing region of Dimbula in the West of the island

The tea is a beautiful deep golden amber in colour, approaching an orangey red. The aroma is exotic and slightly fruity with an almost savoury finish. In the mouth the flavour is well balanced with tannins. This is an elegant, supple tea of excellent quality.
